The Hunter® Heat Only Mechanical Thermostat, Model #40020A provides simple control of your heating system. Set the temperature and forget it, or manually adjust the temperature up or down as desired.

This thermostat is designed to operate with most gas, oil, electric or forced hot water heating systems. These have 24-volt or millivolt control systems and represent most central heating or space heating units in use in the United States.

This thermostat will NOT control heat pump systems, high voltage electric baseboard, electric ceiling or multi-stage heating systems.
