Pros: This is (was) a wondrful product. Why you would discontinue it is beyond me. I have had one for many years. How long am I going to have before you discontinue the filter too? People like me can barely afford the filter, let alone buy a new machine every time you want to discontinue a product.
Cons: There were no Cons for this product that I have ever found, except you discontinued it. Now, it is hard to find any filters if you don't have the internet.
